Welcome back PTO families! I hope you all had a relaxing Spring Break! These last few months of the school year will fly by, and we don’t want you to miss out on some really fun end- of- year events. Theme Day – Thank you!
Thank you to all of our Theme Day volunteers who worked tirelessly to create a day of fun and exploration for the students at Coolidge! Carefully planned and creatively designed workshops really brought this year’s theme to life. We’re grateful for our incredible Coolidge parent community, the support from Mr. Famularo, and the Coolidge school teachers and staff who helped make this day a success!

May Dinner: Ticket Deadline this Friday!
Our annual May Friendship Dinner will take place on May 9, 2024 at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes. The deadline to order your ticket is this Friday, April 26th at 10pm. If you didn’t receive the invitation in your inbox, please click here.
Our tricky tray basket raffle is the highlight of the dinner each year. There will be 150 raffle baskets up for grabs along with other surprises! Pre-ordered raffle packages come with your name pre-printed on your tickets. Please submit your package preferences ASAP.

Coolidge Field Day
Coolidge Field Day will be held on May 24th, with a raindate of 5/31. The PE teachers are seeking volunteers to help run the event. There are limited volunteer slots available and names will be drawn via lottery system. Please see Mr. Famularo’s weekend email (linked above) for details about the volunteer selection process.
Lunch Volunteers Needed on Mondays and Wednesdays
We’re in need of one or two volunteers to help serve lunch tomorrow. We can also use extra help for pizza lunch. If you’re free and looking for an opportunity to get involved, we’d love your help. Click the links below for info, schedule, and the sign up grids.

Rocca Fundraiser – Thank you!
Thank you Coolidge Families for your generous support of the Rocca Family Dinner Partnership. We hope all the families that participated really enjoyed their meals!
Eisenhower Orientation for Parents
Fifth grade parents are invited to attend the Eisenhower Middle School orientation on April 30th, from 6:00- 7:00pm. Please check your email for more information.
Economy Shop- Townwide Garage Sale
Our LAST week of the year to fill the Economy Shop with Coolidge volunteers is April 30 to May 4. Please use the link below to sign up to volunteer that week.

Thank you so much for your donations, your time, and all your support with the Economy Shop. The Economy Shop has donated $9,000 to Coolidge thus far this year with one check to go. All your hard work is paying off!
Don’t forget to register for the Town Wide Garage Sale on Saturday, May 18th. 100% of the $15 registration fee comes back to Wyckoff Schools. With registration you get your address on the master map that day. A great way to clean out those basements and support our schools!

Summer Academies – Volunteers
The Summer Academies volunteer application is available for this year. Volunteers must be entering 8th grade in September, or 9-12th grade, be a former Wyckoff K-8 student and they must be available for all weeks of the Summer Academies program. Click here for the volunteer application
YMCA After School Clubs- Register by 4/26!
The Wyckoff Family YMCA will offer a 5 week mini-session of two after-school programs at Coolidge. Please note that these programs are separate from the YMCA Aftercare program. Here’s the info and registration links:
ART CLUB – Wednesdays (beginning 5/8 thru 6/5): Explore color, shape, texture, and more through guided projects and freedom of expression! Participants develop their imagination and creativity to cultivate a stronger appreciation for the artistic process. Craft, design, create, and display your own work of art! $125
SCIENCE CLUB: Thursdays (beginning 5/9 thru 6/6) Join us for an hour of science exploration and discovery in the Wyckoff YMCA’s exciting after-school enrichment course designed just for elementary-aged scientists! Dive into hands-on experiments, electrifying demonstrations, and mind-bending challenges that spark curiosity and ignite a passion for discovery. Exploring the wonders of the natural world, each session promises an exhilarating journey through the realms of biology, chemistry, physics, and beyond. Get ready to unleash your inner scientist and embark on an unforgettable adventure where learning meets fun! $125
