May Dinner Raffle Ticket Pre-Orders - Due Tomorrow!

The Coolidge PTO May Friendship Dinner is less than two weeks away! 

Tricky Tray raffle ticket preorder requests are due by tomorrow, April 29th at noon. Late requests can’t be accommodated, so please make sure to submit your form before the deadline. 

Tricky Tray tickets will still be available for purchase at the dinner.

May Dinner Volunteer Help Needed

Our event chairs, Liz and Allison, have done a phenomenal job planning an event for everyone to enjoy. Some extra help with transporting raffle baskets to Indian Trail Club, guest registration, etc would be amazing! The signup form with all the info is linked below. Please lend a hand. You help is needed and appreciated, as always!

We need your help to ensure we can continue to offer exciting enrichment and community events next year.  The Coolidge PTO Nominating Committee is still searching for one member who can fill the following board position:

Wyckoff Connected Parent Series - Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying

All parents are invited to attend a presentation on HIB and The Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act at Eisenhower on May 28th.

EMS T-Shirt Sale for 5th Grade Families

We are excited to announce the launch of the Class of 2027 EMS T-Shirts through Varsity Hues.  The sale will be open through May 5th.

Field Day at Coolidge

Coolidge Field Day will be held on May 24th, with a rain date of 5/31. The PE teachers  are seeking volunteers to help run the event. There are limited volunteer slots available and names will be drawn via lottery system. Please see Mr. Famularo’s weekend email (linked above) for details about the volunteer selection process.

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week at Coolidge

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week will take place from May 6th - May 10th at Coolidge. The PTO Executive Board is organizing a celebratory luncheon at the school on Monday, May 6th. PTO class parent chairs, Erin Collins and Kim Treboski, are organizing some fun surprises for the staff from Tuesday- Friday of that week. This is a new offering by the PTO, with funding coming from our class dues and fundraisers. 

Theme Day Reimbursement Requests- Final Deadline

The Theme Day reimbursement request deadline is approaching. Please submit your request with a copy of your purchase receipts here. Thank you!

Economy Shop: Coolidge Week and Townwide Garage Sale Registration

Our LAST week of the year to fill the Economy Shop with Coolidge volunteers is April 30 to May 4. Please use the link below to sign up to volunteer.

Thank you so much for your donations, your time, and all your support with the Economy Shop. The Economy Shop has donated $9,000 to Coolidge thus far this year with one check to go. All your hard work is paying off!

Don’t forget to register for the Town Wide Garage Sale on Saturday, May 18th. 100% of the $15 registration fee comes back to Wyckoff Schools. With registration you get your address on the master map that day. A great way to clean out those basements and support our schools!
