Staff Appreciation Week: May 6th - May 10th
The PTO can't wait to show the Coolidge teachers and staff just how loved they are during Staff Appreciation Week! The celebration will begin with a staff appreciation luncheon in the Media Center on Monday, May 6th. Then, each staff member will receive a surprise treat each day, from Tuesday - Friday. Thanks to our 2nd VP Michelle Gibney and our Class Parent Co-chairs, Erin Collins and Kim Trebowski for planning this fun-filled week for the staff!
May Dinner- This Thursday!
We can’t wait to see everyone at the Coolidge PTO May Friendship Dinner this Thursday evening! Liz Walker and Allison Makowsky are creating a memorable night for the PTO and can use a few more people to help with ticket sales and registration at the event. Please check out the openings listed here, claim a spot, and help contribute to the evening’s success. We appreciate your help!
Tricky Tray Raffle - Preorder Payments are Due
If you pre-ordered your tricky tray raffle ticket package, payments are now due.
If you haven't sent your payment in yet, please do so no later that Tuesday morning so the committee can create your pre-labeled package. Checks should be made out to "Wyckoff PTO Coordinating Council", placed it in an envelope, and dropped in the PTO mailbox, located in the front vestibule of the school. Nominating Committee Updates - 1 Position Left to Fill!!!
We need your help to ensure we can continue to offer exciting enrichment and community events next year. The Coolidge PTO Nominating Committee is still searching for one member who can fill the following board position:

Reminder for 2023-2024 Committee Chairs
If you chaired or co-chaired a PTO committee this past school year, please submit the google form that was sent out this week regarding your intentions for next year. Your quick response will help us get an early start on event planning for the next school year. If you can’t locate the email, reach out to [email protected]
Path to Rhythm Assembly
The PTO will sponsor grade-level assemblies by Path to Rhythm on May 30th, at Coolidge. We’re excited about this opportunity to provide a “Day of Drum and Dance” at the school, made possible by the support from our Coolidge PTO community
3rd and 4th Grade Bike Safety Rally
On Wednesday June 5th, the Coolidge School PTO will hold the annual Bicycle Safety Rally. This is a day for 3rd and 4th grade to ride (or bring) their bikes or scooters and helmets to school.
Starting at 9:00 AM, individual classes will meet with an officer from the Wyckoff Police Department. The 3rd and 4th grade students will participate in a short series of bicycle handling tests and safety checks.
If your child will be participating in the Bike Rally, please be sure that his/her bicycle, scooter and helmet are in good working condition. Also, use this time to be outside practicing before the June 5th Rally.
