PTO Meeting This Thursday

Please join us for our next Coolidge PTO meeting on April 4th at 9:15am in the MPR. Mr. Faehndrich, the principal of Eisenhower Middle School will attend this meeting and provide us with information about the middle school structure and programs. There will be time for Q&A. We look forward to seeing you there!

Harlem Wizards vs. Wyckoff Net Ninjas

The big game is just a few days away. There’s a waitlist for people who want tickets and we’d love to have as many Coolidge families attend as possible. If you can no longer attend the game, or have extra tickets that you won’t be able to use, please request a refund for those tickets via email: [email protected] Also, we have some spots left on the volunteer sign up. Each parent who helps at the game will receive free admission. Click here to volunteer 🙂

Theme Day

Theme Day room assignments and schedules were sent out to to workshop leaders approximately two weeks ago. If you’re in charge of a workshop and didn’t receive that email please contact the committee at [email protected]

If you have extra Theme Day supplies at home (room decorations, craft supplies, etc) and would like to donate them, feel free to post them on our Coolidge PTO Facebook page. If you need to be added to the page, click here.

The PTO storage space at Coolidge has supplies and decorations that you might need. If you don’t know how to access the storage area, please reach out to the PTO at [email protected].

May Dinner: Event Info and Tricky Tray Ticket Orders

Our annual May Friendship Dinner will take place on May 9, 2024 at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes. If you didn’t receive the invitation in your inbox, please click here.

Lunch Volunteers Needed on Mondays and Wednesdays

We appreciate the enthusiastic response to our call for lunch volunteers! We can use a few more parents to jump in and help out on Mondays and Wednesdays. All help is extremely appreciated!

Volunteers for 3-5th grade are especially needed on both days, so please consider taking the time to come help out.
