PTO Lunch Info

For those who like to get a jump start on school lunch planning, PTO lunch information is now posted on our website! Vendor info, volunteer signups, pricing, calendars, and are all available in one convenient place.

Change to lunch volunteer sessions

This year, the PTO will shift to a new volunteer schedule for lunch service days (Mondays and Wednesdays). In the past, Wednesday volunteers were scheduled to work in 20 minute shifts between 10:45am-1:20pm. On Mondays, volunteers would work for longer periods of time, covering multiple grade levels. This year, we'd like to provide more consistency and use the same volunteer schedule on both days.

On Mondays and Wednesdays, four lunch volunteers will be asked to help serve lunch from 10:45am-1:20pm  Two members of the Fifth Grade Committee will be present on each day, making a team of six lunch volunteers that will work together during the same time slot.

It's impossible to create a perfect scheduling system, but the hope is that the new timeline will ensure more consistent coverage over all grade levels, and that we can meet volunteer support needs in other areas too.

To provide everyone with as much info as possible, the volunteer sign ups have been posted early. All lunch dates for the year are listed and can be claimed well in advance. Click here to be take to the signup page.

Important Golf Outing Update

The golf outing has a new date and location!

Please join us for the 7th Annual Coolidge School PTO  Golf Outing on Wednesday, October 16th at The Golf Club at Mansion Ridge in Monroe, NY.

Literati Book Fair

Exciting news! The Literati Book Fair is coming to Coolidge this fall! Each purchase will benefit our school. More details will be shared in the coming weeks.

Coolidge is a Box Tops School!

Since Coolidge began participating in Box Tops we have earned over $11,000 for the school! Here are some important reminders and updates about the program.

No more cutting! Digital receipts are now accepted.

• Download the BoxTops App
• Use referral code OPH57EHN to help us get even more money for Coolidge.
• When you use the PTO referral code and scan your first receipt, you will earn additional money for our school!
• When you’re in the app, hit the “+” button labeled “Scan” at the bottom of the home screen. Select “Digital Receipt” from the list. Choose the retailer and follow the prompts.
• You can share your personal referral code with friends and family! Their purchases will help Coolidge too!
