Grades K and 2 Kids Night
A reminder that Kids Night for Grades K and 2 will take place this Friday evening, January 26th. The theme is "Coolidge County Fair". All participants are encouraged to wear Coolidge spirit wear.
Kids Night - 4th and 5th Grade - Update
4th and 5th grade Kids Night at Sky Zone is in the process of being rescheduled. The new date will be announced this week. Parents, please keep an eye on your inboxes.
A big thank you to Kelly Harteveld for all of the time she’s dedicated to planning a great night out for the kids!
Francesca’s Pizza Fundraiser
Order a Francesca's Pizza Kit from the PTO! They're $15 each and you can choose between a pre-baked heart shaped crust, raw dough, and gluten free! Francesca's kits are easy to use and turn out delicious. Orders are due by Friday, February 2nd.
Pick up will be at Coolidge on 2/13/24.
Volunteers for Monday lunch needed!
Calling all Monday lunch volunteers! We have 200 orders for Monday lunch, but only have a few parents to help serve. If you ordered lunch for your child, please consider taking one Monday between now and June to help out. We’ve created a new, streamlined serving process to make this one of the easiest volunteer opportunities for the PTO. Your help is extremely appreciated!
Pizza Lunch Orders and Volunteer Sign Ups
A friendly reminder that the second half of the year pizza orders are due by Wednesday, January 24th. New session begins on February 7th. Order Here
We ask that you also consider volunteering to serve pizza lunch. The obligation only takes about 20 minutes and it helps the lunch run smoothly if parents who know the kids are the ones serving them. Please sign up for a session or 2! Volunteer Here
Theme Day
We are looking for a few more rooms to round out our Theme Day workshops offerings, especially in grades 3-5. If you have been thinking about leading a room, but are unsure about the expectations, please contact [email protected] for info and ideas.
Nominating Committee
The Coolidge PTO Nominating Committee will be accepting nominations for open 2024-2025 board positions. Nominations can be submitted in February. Please consider stepping up to assume one of the roles below, or nominate someone who would be a great fit!

Secretary
2nd VP - Fundraising (1 open position)
Economy Shop Chair (1 open position)

May Dinner
Our annual May Friendship Dinner will take place on May 9, 2024 at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes. We can’t wait to see you there!

Wizards!
On April 4, 2024 the Wizards will take on Wyckoff Elementary School teachers from around the district in a fun game of trick basketball at Ramapo High School. Details about ticketing and souvenirs will be available soon.
Event support will be provided by volunteers from the four elementary school PTO’s in Wyckoff. If you are interested in joining the Coolidge volunteer committee, please contact Sammi Eletto at [email protected]
Lost and Found
The “Lost and Found” at Coolidge is overflowing. If your child is missing anything, please stop by and check the bin in the front hall. Unclaimed items will be donated.
