K-3 Kids Night - Thank You and Updates
Thank you to our K-3 Kids Night Chairs, Ashley Bell and Cheryl Jaffa for coordinating two fun Friday evenings for our kids! They had a blast at the “Coolidge County Fair” and we are so appreciative for all of the time and effort that went into this successful community building event!
Please read the message below, from Ashley and Cheryl:
THANK YOU!
We just wanted to thank all the parent volunteers for the Kindergarten, First, Second and Third grade kids night. Without your help and enthusiasm these events would not be as successful as they are. We appreciate your continued support and hope all the kids had a great time.

4th and 5th Grade Kids Night
A great big “Thank you!!” to Kelly Harteveld for all of the planning and rescheduling she’s done for 4th and 5th Grade Kids Night! Here’s the latest, for those who may have missed the recent update:
The NEW date for 4th/5th grade kids night is Friday, February 9th from 7-9pm at Skyzone in Allendale.
You do not need to RSVP again; BUT if your RSVP has changed please email me at khart509@yahoo.com. If I don't hear from you I will assume your child is attending.
For those few who couldn't make the initial date- if your child can now attend- can you please email me as well.
Volunteers- I will assume you can make it on the 9th unless I hear from you.
Remember- sky zone socks and white/neon shirts.

Volunteers for Monday lunch needed!
Calling all Monday lunch volunteers! We have 200 orders for Monday lunch, but only have a few parents to help serve. If you ordered lunch for your child, please consider taking one Monday between now and June to help out. We’ve created a new, streamlined serving process to make this one of the easiest volunteer opportunities for the PTO. Your help is extremely appreciated!
Pizza Lunch Volunteer Opportunity
We ask that you also consider volunteering to serve pizza lunch. The obligation only takes about 20 minutes and it helps the lunch run smoothly if parents who know the kids are the ones serving them. Please sign up for a session or 2!
Theme Day
Our Theme Day rooms are almost all claimed! If you are interested in leading a workshop, please reach out to coolidgeptopresident@gmail.com ASAP.
Room leaders: This week, you will receive a digital guidebook with some helpful planning info. If you don’t receive anything by this Thursday, email Coolidgeptopresident@gmail.com
