Thank you to Green Team chairs, Erica Jalil and Jenny Feliciano, for organizing Walk and Roll to School Day on October 2nd! And thank you to Mr. Cosman for serving as our DJ and filling the air with fun music as everyone arrived at school.
Coolidge PTO Meeting This Wednesday
Please join us for our monthly PTO meeting this Wednesday, October 9th from 6:30- 7:30pm. Please enter the school through the MPR doors.
The meeting will take place during the Book Fair's evening shopping hours. Please come a little early to browse and shop before the meeting.
Literati Book Fair - Shopping and Volunteer Information
It’s finally here! This week is the book fair!
Please sign up to volunteer. Wednesday and Thursday’s class schedules can be found on the volunteer signup form, linked below. Please send your child with cash, check, or complete a digital wallet. Digital wallets can be used at the book fair or online to purchase books. Don’t forget to include a little extra for tax!
Wednesday night from 6-8pm we will be open in the MPR for shopping during the PTO meeting. Swing by to buy some books and learn more about PTO events. We’ll have free babysitting in the art room during the PTO meeting so you can shop and attend the meeting without distraction. We’ll have teacher wish list items available for purchase in person too. We appreciate your generosity and support. We’ll see you at the book fair!
Teacher Wish List: Many teachers have created wish lists which can be found here Teacher Wish List. Please take a moment to visit this link and consider buying a book. Some books on wish lists are gray, which just means they have an additional shipping charge and cannot be sent directly to the school. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Harvest Fest Committee Announcements
The Coolidge School PTO annual HARVEST FESTIVAL is back and will be held on Thursday, October 24th after school from 3:20-4:30pm!

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a school event! We’ll need volunteers to run games & craft stations, sell pumpkins, and help with the bake sale. If you can’t be there that day, there are other ways to get involved! We’ll need lots of pumpkin decorators and people to donate cider and treats for the bake sale!
So please consider donating your time or talents and help us make this a great event!

Parent Volunteer Opportunity: Wizards Game
We are looking for volunteers again across all four of the elementary schools. Please note volunteers will get free admission for themeselves only. Volunteers should still purchase tickets for family members when the tickets go on sale on October 7th at 8pm.

Volunteering is EASY! We've streamlined the process even further! Plus, there will be an assigned 5th grade representative who will act as manager, volunteering alongside you. Lunchtime volunteering is a great opportunity to help out, and also meet new people in the community. Plus, it's an opportunity to see your kids while they're still excited to see you!

We’re open and the shop is packed with shoppers! Please consider volunteering by signing up here: Economy Shop Volunteer Sign Up. If you love volunteering at the ES already, take the next step and sign up to be a manager! Training is easy and fast. We can manage your first few shifts together. Managers get to choose the music during their shifts- what a bonus! And who doesn't love a little cash register scanner action?!
