May Dinner
Thank you to Liz Walker, Allison Makowsky, all of their volunteers, and our many raffle basket sponsors for an incredible May Dinner last Thursday evening! I’d also like to thank Judy Kaufman for the amazing step & repeat and table decorations! It was a wonderful opportunity to get together, dance, win some great prizes, and celebrate the graduating 5th grade moms. Great memories were made for sure!

Staff Appreciation Week Thank You
From May 6th- May 10th, the PTO Executive Board and the Class Parent Co-Chairs organized our PTO Staff Appreciation celebration at Coolidge. Here are the treats that were provided to our much loved Coolidge staff members:
Monday: Staff Appreciation Luncheon from the Executive Board
Tuesday: Gourmet Popcorn Buffet
Wednesday: Individual Potted Succulents for the Staff
Thursday- Nothing Bundt Cakes themed “Bundtinis”
Friday- "Survival kits" filled with lip balms, lotions, and hand sanitizers.

We need your help to ensure we can continue to offer exciting enrichment and community events next year. The Coolidge PTO Nominating Committee is still searching for one member who can fill the following board position:

Wyckoff School District- Connected Parent Series Seminar on Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying
All parents are invited and encouraged to attend this seminar presented by the Wyckoff School District on Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying on May 28, 2024 at 6:30pm at EMS. Click the link below for more information and to register.

Path to Rhythm Assembly
The PTO will sponsor grade-level assemblies by Path to Rhythm on May 30th, at Coolidge. We’re excited about this opportunity to provide a “Day of Drum and Dance” at the school, made possible by the support from our Coolidge PTO community.
Bike Safety Rally - 3rd and 4th Grade
On Wednesday June 5th, the Coolidge School PTO will hold the annual Bicycle Safety Rally. This is a day for 3rd and 4th grade to ride (or bring) their bikes or scooters and helmets to school.
Starting at 9:00 AM, individual classes will meet with an officer from the Wyckoff Police Department. The 3rd and 4th grade students will participate in a short series of bicycle handling tests and safety checks.
If your child will be participating in the Bike Rally, please be sure that his/her bicycle, scooter and helmet are in good working condition. Also, use this time to be outside practicing before the June 5th Rally.
