Please see below for info about the PTO's upcoming Fall activities, volunteer opportunities, and important reminders. We have dedicated chairs and committees who are working hard to create meaningful events for us to enjoy. To support their efforts, please consider donating your time as an event volunteer. Your help is needed and very much appreciated!
Spirit Wear Orders!
Spirit Wear orders will be available for pick up starting at 3:30pm Monday, October 9th and any time on Tuesday, October 10th! Please stop by 178 Cottage Road to get your gear. We appreciate you picking up your orders promptly. Thank you!
Bagel Lunch Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help serve bagel lunch on Mondays this fall. Sign Up Here to help!
Parents Night Out
Parents Night Out is coming up fast! I can't wait to see everyone at the Midland Park Fire House on Saturday Night. Please visit the event webpage here to get your tickets, volunteer, or to sign up for the Beer Pong tournament. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
Harvest Fest!
Please read this important message from our Harvest Fest chairs:
Harvest Festival is quickly approaching, and we need your help with making it a success! Below is a volunteer sign up sheet requesting help with set up, break down, stations during the event, and donation of food/drinks.
Please note the following for the sign up:
1. Under each task name the details button gives you more information about the task
2. Pumpkin, Pizza, and Bake sale stations will be done in three shifts, so you can select one or more shifts to serve at.
3. Bake sale donations should be purchased and individually wrapped (nut free)
4. For apple cider - please select the number of gallons you will be bringing in the drop down.
5. Don’t forget to click on the next page to view the table and water donations.
If you missed the chance to pick up your pumpkins today, you will receive an email from the committee regarding an alternative pickup plan.

Green Team Updates
Green Ambassador Sign Up!
The Green Team’s Mission is to encourage and foster for Coolidge students an appreciation and respect for our environment and nature.
Green Team activities include gardening, recycling and sustainability lessons, earth-friendly crafts and community service. If your child is interested in the environment, community service and gardening, please sign him/her up HERE. Each student will be invited to attend 2-3 after-school meetings, per year, for their grade. Meetings are from 3:20-4:10. We look forward to a great green year ahead!

Strategic Planning Meetings
The Wyckoff School District's strategic planning meetings will provide the community with opportunities to discuss goals for the future of our schools. Sessions will take place on October 12, November 2, and November 30 at 7 p.m. at Eisenhower Middle School. Registration information is forthcoming.
