I hope you’ve been enjoying this stretch of beautiful weather!
A huge thank you to our amazing Book Fair Chairs, Ashley Mungiello and Erin Roe, and all of the Book Fair volunteers too! This event was a huge success due to all the hard work and enthusiasm that went into making it happen!
Our Coolidge PTO Golf Outing is right around the corner. We’re looking forward to a fun day on the course while supporting our school this Wednesday.
One other reminder: Tomorrow is a half-day with a 1:05pm dismissal. Lunch isn't served on minimum days. The next day for Jersey Mike's and Bagel Lunch will be October 21st.

Literati Book Fair - A message from Ashley and Erin
Thank you so much for helping us making the Literati Book Fair so successful. We had record high sales and are so happy to be able to use our profits to stock the bookshelves for our teachers and school library. Thank you for your time, energy, and generosity!
If you have any feedback on our switch to Literati or the book fair in general we would love to hear it. It was our first year with a new company and there’s always room for growth. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] with any feedback- we’d love to hear it all.

Harvest Fest Announcements
Harvest fest is less than two weeks away! We had over 325 pumpkins picked up by volunteers to decorate! Thank you all! We can’t wait to see everyone’s creativity come to life. Please make sure to decorate them and return them on 10/24 during drop off at the tables on the upper blacktop.
We are still looking for more volunteers to help out on the day of Harvest Fest and people to donate baked goods, apple cider, and water. Please continue to sign up on the sign up sheet. This is one of the Coolidge PTO’s favorite events and we want to make it a success for our kids!

Get Ready for Golf!
This year's event is on Wednesday October 16th, 2024 at The Club at Mansion Ridge in Monroe, NY. We are excited to once again host this fun outing to bring together members of our community. It's not too late to attend! On site registration is available on the day of the event! Come on your own or bring a friend or two!
Golf Outing Silent Auction: Incredible Prizes are Up For Grabs!
This year we will make the silent auction available to all our PTO Members. Be on the lookout for the link with the auction items that will be available for bidding on the day of the Golf Outing.
Golf Outing Volunteers
We’re looking for some awesome volunteers to help out at at the golf outing. We promise, you don’t even need to know what a birdie is! It’s all happening on a gorgeous fall day—think cool breeze, colorful leaves, and maybe a snack or two (or three). Come lend a hand - it’ll be a tee-rific time filled with community, laughs, and good vibes!

Lunchtime volunteering is a great opportunity to help out, and also meet new people in the community. Plus, it's an opportunity to see your kids while they're still excited to see you!

If you love volunteering at the ES already, take the next step and sign up to be a manager! Training is easy and fast. We can manage your first few shifts together. Managers get to choose the music during their shifts- what a bonus! And who doesn't love a little cash register scanner action?!

Online Pampered Chef Party
You’re invited to an online Pampered Chef fundraiser benefitting the Wyckoff Education Foundation! 25% of the party sales will go directly to WEF. The school with the most purchases will receive money toward their school’s art program!

Superdome Event - November 11, 2024
WEF has organized a Wyckoff Schools Field Day at Superdome on Monday, November 11th, from 9am - 3pm. Students from K-8th grade are invited to attend. Please see the flyer for more information.
