Memorial Day
As Memorial Day Weekend comes to a close, the Coolidge PTO executive board would like to acknowledge the brave men and women who have given their lives to preserve our freedom.
We appreciate and honor their sacrifice.
Field Day – Thank You!
The kids had a great time on Field Day! The PTO proudly sponsored the numbered lawn signs, inflatable obstacle course, water slide, snack stations, and dunk tank. We also treated the students to Italian Ices in the afternoon.
Thank you Erica Jalil, Mark Polizzi, Mrs. McCurry, Ms. Reitano, and all of the volunteers, for a great day at Coolidge!
Beauty and the Beast, Jr!
Congratulations to the talented cast and crew of the Coolidge School musical, Beauty and the Beast, Jr! What a fantastic performance! Special thanks to Mr. Cosman, Mrs. Ross, the Coolidge staff, and parent volunteers too! The PTO loves supporting the musical and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year!

Connected Parent Series: Harassment, Intimidation, Bullying Seminar- Tuesday Evening
The Wyckoff Connected Parent Series presents its annual session titled “Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB)- The Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act” on Tuesday, May 28th at 6:30 PM in the Eisenhower School Media Center. The presenter will be Stephen Fogarty, Esq. Please click the link above to register.

PTO Lunch Volunteers- Last Few Weeks! Please Help Out!
If you haven’t signed up for a time slot this year, now is the time to jump in and help out. We appreciate your help!
Path to Rhythm Assembly- This Thursday
The PTO will sponsor grade-level assemblies by Path to Rhythm on May 30th, at Coolidge. We’re excited about this opportunity to provide a “Day of Drum and Dance” at the school, made possible by the support from our Coolidge PTO community.
Bike Rally – June 5th
On Wednesday, June 5th, the Coolidge School PTO will hold its annual Bicycle Safety Rally. This is a day for 3rd and 4th graders to ride (or bring) their bikes or scooters to school. Helmets are required.
Starting at 9:00 AM, individual classes will meet with an officer from the Wyckoff Police Department. The 3rd and 4th-grade students will participate in a short series of bicycle handling tests and safety checks.
If your child will be participating in the Bike Rally, please be sure that his/her bicycle, scooter, and helmet are in good working condition. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
PTO Economy Shop Update
The Economy Shop’s half price daily markdowns started last week! Everything in the shop is half off until June 4th. June 4th and June 5th we will hold the exclusive bag sale where you can fill an entire bag for a set price. Make sure you pop into the Economy Shop to take advantage of these great deals! The shop will close after the bag sale on June 5th. We will reopen in the fall.

1st Day School Supplies: 2024-2025 School Supply Kits Available to Order
We know it’s hard to think about school supply shopping for the next school year, but ordering is now available for the 2024-2025 school year for your 1st-5th grader. We are excited to announce our continued partnership with 1st Day School Supplies! 1st Day School Supplies helps parents and teachers get the exact supplies needed for the school year without having to step inside a store. Also, with each kit ordered, part of the proceeds benefit Coolidge School. You can make your purchase right now by clicking the link below and supplies will be delivered to your door at least two weeks before the start of school. The deadline to order is July 1st.
