PTO Meeting on Thursday
Our monthly meeting will be held this Thursday in the MPR at 9:30am. The December meeting minutes can be found here
Kids Night events in January
The Coolidge PTO provides free evenings of fun for Coolidge students in January! Parents, be on the lookout for emails from the event chairs about volunteer opportunities.
January 12: Kids Night for grades 1 and 3 at Coolidge
January 19th - 7:00-9:00pm Kids Night for grades 4 and 5 at SkyZone!
January 26th - Kids Night for grades K and 2 at Coolidge
Kids Night Reminder for 4th and 5th Grade Parents
Fourth and fifth graders are invited to Kids Night at SkyZone on January 19th. Parents, please submit a google form to let us know if your child can or can not attend.
Forms need to be submitted by Thursday, January 11th.

Lunch Orders Due!
**Monday lunch orders are due by 9pm today, Sunday, January 7th**
Monday lunch service for the 2nd half of the year will begin on January 22, 2024. You can now choose between two vendors on Mondays:

Wednesday Pizza and Ice Cream
Children who were enrolled for Wednesday pizza lunch will continue to receive their pizza and ice cream through the end of January.
Parents can place orders for the 2nd half of the year through the online ordering system, which is now open

Francesca's February Pizza Fundraiser
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with your Coolidge Cougar Sweethearts by having a fun DIY Pizza party!
The Coolidge PTO has partnered with Francesca’s in Glen Rock to offer a few heart Pizza Kit options.
Each kit includes sauce, cheese and a dough option (raw dough, prebaked (Boboli style), or a prebaked gluten free). Each kit is $15.
Order a kit for your kids to share and one for you and your sweetheart! Or even better have a pizza party and order a few more kits for all to enjoy!

Kits will be available for pickup on 2/13/2024 at the MPR (sidedoor entrance) from 2:50 – 3:45.
Note: Kits should be refrigerated upon pick up and are good to be used for 2-3 days after you pick them up on 2/13/2024.

May Friendship Dinner- Save the Date!
Please join the Coolidge PTO for dinner, drinks, and dancing at our annual May Friendship Dinner on May 9, 2024. This year's event will take place at the Lake House at the Indian Trail Club. Event details are coming soon!

Coolidge is a Box Tops School! Since Coolidge began participating in Box Tops we have earned over $11,000 for the school!
Here are some important reminders and updates about the program.
– If you haven’t joined Box Tops yet, now’s the time. Download the BoxTops app and use referral code OPH57EHN help us get even more money for Coolidge. This week, when you use the PTO referral code and scan your first receipt, you will earn additional money for our school! Don’t forget to share your personal referral code with friends and family. Their purchases will help Coolidge too!
